$200 booking fee includes travel + cost of services. Remaining funds will be return.
If the cost of the services exceeds the booking fee, then you will have to pay the additional fee at the appointment
$50 cancellation fee applies.
Mobile services may include additional travel charges.
Acknowledgment — Proof of a deed or instrument, including seal and certificate.
Oath / Affirmation — Administering an oath or affirmation to one person.
Jurat — Executing the jurat, including the seal.
Deposition Services — All services related to taking a deposition:
Voting Material — Notarizing signatures on vote-by-mail envelopes or other voting materials.
Powers of Attorney — Certified copy of a power of attorney under Probate Code §4307.
Veteran's Benefits — Notarizing applications or claims for military veteran benefits.
Immigration Forms — Entering client-provided data on federal/state immigration forms.
